As expected another brilliant Mary cook book....lots of great recipes with cook ahead guidance .. Freezer tips with each recipe . Of course you don't have to freeze any of the brilliant recipes...but if you do want to tuck meals by to whip out later you can do. Great for busy people of days when you want a day off cooking...just find something pre prepared in your freezer.Good clear instructions .easy to follow .

Not what I'd call a family cookbook, i.e., Pan-fried Pheasant with a mango sauce, Chilli-hot Monkfish Pasta. Beware typos, i.e., page 110 Baked sausages with double onion marmalade - ingredients, onions 450g/2 lbs. Should read 1 lb.

Lovely recipes to try. Not all the kind of things I was expecting, but each to their own, its always nice to try new foods. There are at least 4 or 5 that I really want to try and know the kids will enjoy. Really easy to follow recipes and ingredients that can be easily sourced. A good all rounder..

Another fabulous book from Mary Berry which has pride of place in my kitchen. Mary talks you through these recipes as if she's there with you. There are some old favourites and lovely new ideas too.

Such a useful book. Originally borrowed as a library book. But so useful /easy to follow ( as Mary always is) I just had to treat myself. Its a great no nonsense book with some really excellent ideas for time saving meals that make for good quality food.

It looks good but I haven't tried any of the recipes yet I'm afraid. I know they will be fine like all Mary Berry's are!!
